I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Macau. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and stylish door staff who escorted me to the registration on the second floor. To my surprise, I was given a free upgrade to a spacious 1 bedroom suite with a minibar. The room was beautifully decorated and had a large flat-screen TV. The hotel also had dedicated non-smoking floors, which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. Despite a minor issue with the shower, the hotel promptly resolved it and ensured my satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Located near multiple transport options, it is easy to travel to Cotai area or casinos in Taipa. For food lovers, there's an open cafe on the first level or head for the pastries at Margaret's Café e Nata. Visit the ruins of St Paul's, just a short walk away. The spacious rooms come with a rain shower and a modern bathtub for luxury. The accommodating staff offers friendly service, while breakfast choices are excellent.
One area of improvement could be the hotel shuttle service which may not be as frequent as other hotels in the area.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The room amenities were impressive including high-quality toiletries and fluffy robes. The hotel was situated close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation.
The lobby was often crowded with tourists walking in and out to the casino or just to cool off. There was limited space to relax or take pictures.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The vintage and new furnitures give the hotel a unique style that really catches your attention. The hotel is in a great location, close to the center and also to the ruins of St Paul's. Transportation is easy to find and the hotel has great parking facilities. The staff is so friendly and they were always willing to answer our questions. Even in a hot 35 degrees Celsius outdoor area, the hotel facilities are very clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.
